OUR STORY
Reyden Solutions was founded in 2018, but the idea behind what we do goes back much further.
Erin and Anthony first met at PEO STRI in 2005, working together in Orlando's defense and simulation ecosystem at the Research Park. It was there, watching colleagues pursue and win contracts for creative and technical work, that a quiet realization took hold: we could do this work. We had been doing this work. We just did not know how to find the contracts, write the proposals, or get in the right rooms to compete for them.
Life moved forward. Anthony built a career in the game industry, working across major franchises and immersive entertainment for the better part of two decades. Erin continued at PEO STRI and then the ADL Co-Lab before stepping away to raise their daughter. In 2018, Erin launched Reyden Solutions as a boutique creative practice focused on web design, course creation, and design collateral.
When Anthony's studio career opened up and the path to finding and bidding on the right work finally became clear, everything clicked into place. We had the skills. We had the background. We had the history in this ecosystem. And now, 20 years later, what we bring to the table is something we could not have built any other way. Every studio, every franchise, every platform Anthony worked across built upon the last. The breadth and depth of what he can deliver today is a direct result of every project, every pipeline, and every problem he solved along the way. The capability was never the question. Finding the right path to the right clients was. Now we have that too.
We stopped talking about it and built it.
Today Reyden Solutions is a focused senior-level studio delivering real-time interactive systems across three areas: training and simulation, attractions and immersive environments, and interactive learning. We are Orlando-based with deep roots in the defense and simulation community, and we work with clients locally and remotely.
THE TEAM

Erin Avvento
Founder & Creative Director
Erin founded Reyden Solutions and leads all creative direction, client relationships, project coordination, and studio operations. She is the connective tissue between vision and delivery, making sure every project runs on time, on brief, and on standard.
Her background spans 20 years across graphic design, large-format production, conference and event collateral, web, and creative project management. She began her career as a graphic designer and project coordinator supporting Department of Defense programs at PEO STRI and the Advanced Distributed Learning Co-Lab at the Orlando Research Park, where she designed exhibit graphics, conference collateral, and branded systems for national government initiatives including I/ITSEC.
From there, Erin built and ran a full independent design practice spanning web design, course creation platforms, and backend automations for a range of clients. That range of experience means she brings not just creative direction but real digital systems fluency to every Reyden project.
At Reyden, Erin owns the intake process, manages vendor and subcontractor relationships, and ensures that every client is working directly with senior talent from day one. When a project calls for graphic design, visual branding, or web work, she is also in production.

HOW WE WORK
When you work with Reyden Solutions, you work with us directly. No layers, no handoffs, no junior teams. We are a boutique studio by design, which means the people building your system are the people you talk to.
Erin runs the project. Anthony builds the system. Together we cover the full pipeline from concept and visual direction through real-time implementation and delivery.
When a project calls for additional specialists, we bring in trusted collaborators with the same senior-level standard. You always work through us, and the quality stays consistent regardless of project scale.
We take on work that fits our three areas of focus and we give each project the full attention it deserves.
